Local Islandwide Delivery
Deliveries will be made only within Singapore. Delivery will be at the address in Singapore you have stated in your order. We will endeavour to make delivery within five (5) working days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order but time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control.
Deliveries will be made on Mondays to Fridays 9.30am to 5.30pm exclude Public Holiday.
- There will be a delivery charge varying from $5.90 to $30 for purchases less than $100.00 depending on weight & dimensions of items.
- We may at our discretion use a third party delivery contractor to make delivery.
- There will be a $10 charge for re-scheduling of delivery.
Online Click & Collect, and Delivery Services
- The Click & Collect service is available at our store.
- Collection can be done3 working days after the purchase date in the selected store during opening hour (Exclude Pre-Order items & Product with Installation) Collection will be subjected to stock availability.
- You may proceed to approach any member of our Staff. Do bring along the Order Confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your order.
- Items purchased online may not be in stock even after order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative product.
- Should there be another person who is collecting on your behalf, an authorized letter have to be presented at the point of collection. Do bring along the Order Confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your order.
